Come and join us ! LandSeaLot will offer informal training and awareness activities to promote observation of the land-sea interface, highlighting the use of low-cost sensors and citizen science initiatives. The goal is to build capacity among coastal communities and recreational sailors in participatory observation practices.
At the Science Village, LandSeaLot interactive stand will offer:
– Demonstrations of low-cost sensors (salinity, temperature, sea level, etc.)
– Citizen science initiatives demos – Informal mini-talks and discussions with scientists
– A participatory quiz with a prize draw (win a sensor)
– Educational materials (posters, videos, technical sheets)
