The conference’s focus on the results of field and laboratory measurements, and theoretical and numerical analysis of estuaries and coastal seas was a good fit for LandSeaLot. Romaric Verney (Ifremer) raised awareness for the project with a presentation in Bordeaux, France.
LandSeaLot colleague Anouk Blauw from Deltares, attended the AMEMR Symposium last week to present her work on the “Quantification of Carbon Fluxes along a Gradient from the Wadden Sea Lagoon to the North Sea and Atlantic Ocean.

Project colleagues Jos Brils (Deltares) and Irina Stanciu (GeoEcoMar) were pleased to represent the LandSeaLot project at the first DOORS Black Sea Stakeholder Conference this past week in Bucharest.
Melanie Symes from TransEurope Marinas represented LandSeaLot at EMD2024 organised by the European Commission in Denmark. Melanie introduced LandSeaLot and highlighted the role of TransEurope Marinas in the project. Also on hand to discuss the project was our colleague Francisco Javier Campuzano from +ATLANTIC
LandSeaLot officially Kicked Off on 26th March with its 20 partner consortium gathering in Delft at the Deltares Headquarters to plan the achievement of the innovative LandSeaLot Mission.
