LANDSEALOT INTEGRATION WEEK 2026

2 - 5 March 2026

Location: Stirling, Scotland

The second LandSeaLot Integration Week will take place in Stirling, Scotland between 2-5 March 2026. It will bring together the LandSeaLot Consortium, members of the Research Infrastructure community, and representatives of the LandSeaLot Science Committee, Co-designer Forum, Citizen Science Hub and the European Space Agency to discuss the latest developments in our shared mission to advance observations of the land-sea interface area.

Recognising the value of the land-sea interface area for protecting biodiversity and strengthening climate resilience in coastal regions, LandSeaLot partners are working to achieve a Common Observation Strategy that will integrate and enhance existing observation efforts including in-situ, satellite, modelling, and citizen science. The integration Week 2026 will see partners and stakeholders share updates and opportunities, and plan next steps. The week will also include a site visit to the local LandSeaLot Integration Lab at the Firth of Forth, one of nine testing sites across Europe in which partners are piloting new methods, technologies, and community-based observation approaches.
