Frank has a long career at Deltares. With a background in analytical chemistry, he has been working for over 25 years in the fields of soil quality, soil protection, soil remediation and the use and reuse of building materials. During this time, he got involved with national, European and global standardisation and has been Chair of three European (CEN) Technical Committees and one global (ISO) Technical Committee in the environmental area. Currently he is still the Chair of one CEN-TC, and is still involved in the area, but for the last 15 years he has been primarily active as Program Manager for large national and international programs that run at Deltares. In that capacity, he provides support to the LandSeaLot Coordinator by taking care of the program management side of LSL.
