Dr Enora Lecordier joins the Seine Estuary and Bay LandSeaLot Integration Lab as a postdoctoral researcher.
Over the next two years, she’ll investigate phytoplankton biodiversity. Using satellite data, the goal is to map and analyse “pheno-regions” (regions where phytoplankton have a similar seasonal cycle) in the Seine Estuary and Bay, investigating how they are influenced by river inputs and salinity, turbidity and nutrients in changing waters.
