Why do we need a Common Observation Strategy?
Many communities gather and work with data concerning the land-sea interface – including satellite, in situ, modelling and citizen science methods. But there is no shared strategy to guide collaboration between these communities. LandSeaLot aims to defragment these communities and bring together diverse perspectives to co-create a Common Observation Strategy.
Share your perspective!
So far, the LandSeaLot project has focussed on European observation efforts. Through this Town Hall, we seek global expertise and input towards the co-creation of a Common Observation Strategy.
Join us to share your experience and suggest improvements. This will be a hands-on session with input from each continent, where we will share ideas towards shaping a Common Observation Strategy for increasing knowledge, understanding, and protection of the land-sea interface area.
