João Paixão is an Electrical and Computer Engineer, having completed his integrated master’s degree in Control, Robotics and Artificial Intelligence at Instituto Superior Técnico, with a minor in Telecommunications. During this master’s program, he focused on the areas of Machine Learning, Data Science, and Computational Intelligence. He joined +ATLANTIC in 2024 as a Data Analyst, where he uses the mentioned techniques to study the climatic and meteorological phenomena of the Atlantic Ocean through geospatial data.
